Sean set up our rental at the campsite and everything was as promised. We had a great time, didn't want to leave.

This was my first experience dealing with a company, and I am marginally satisfied. RVshare’s sole purpose is to provide an online space for people to easily and reliably secure an RV rental. I found an RV that was perfect for my needs, close in proximity, and available for the busy Labor Day weekend. I reserved the vehicle, and 24 hours later my request expired. It took me an hour online via chat for a representative to finally tell me that it was a “glitch” and tends to happen on their website, and during that period of waiting several other RVs that had been available or then rented. If the entire foundation of a company is based on technology, “glitches” like this are unacceptable. If an RV is unavailable, then there’s no excuse for it to be listed as available. I was finally able to secure an RV, unfortunately one that was inferior and twice as far away as my original choice.

RVshare was a great service and way for us to enjoy the outdoors in a nice RV. The rental process was easy and the qualified RV was excellent. I recommend it to those wanting to RV without spending thousands of dollars to buy one.

Do not use RVShare. I went with one of the units to the desert for a vacation. Four hours in to the first day the generator stopped working. I was with mechanics and they still could not get the engine to work. The generator engine. When I returned The owner of the RV said the exhaust pipe was bent on the generator. I believe that that is a lie. Because we all were staring at this thing for days and the generator exhaust pipe was not bent. The real problem is that RV share did not think that this was a problem at all. Rv Cher considers the air conditioning on an RV an extra perk and not part of the actual rental of the vehicle. They did not back me up at all. The owner of the RV did not give me any discount. In my opinion the only reason we got an RV was for the air conditioning. Make sure that the owner of the unit has serviced the generator. Also make sure that the fridge works. Not to mention that the unit was completely dirty when we got it. The owner left me the keys and was not there for the pick up. He also forgot to leave the hitch ball on and forgot to take his lock off And he did not give me the key to his lock. He left me to find a way to cut the lock off. Then I had to get my own hitch and ball. Not the way to do business. Spend a little more and get it from a company that guarantees all of these amenities

Kenny offered such a great experience with the RV. It was my first time using an RV, and he explained everything very well and was there to help in anyway he could , he was super nice and helpful when I needed it. I highly recommend renting this beautiful RV.

I found RVshare while planning my trip. The selection was very good (I started looking 2 months before the trip). It was easy to filter the selection to a reasonable number of units and took about a day or so to make my selection. The user interface is easy to use and pretty efficient. I like the way the experience is sefl-contained in that you communicate via the app and you pay RVshare, not the owner. This makes it more secure and safer from fraud.
I was able to find the right trailer for me and the owner was very responsive. There were a few that did not respond at all to my questions or request to rent but I think that is normal. But if they don't respond. then I have to wait 24 hours before asking another owner (or so it seemed) and I might lose out.
The trailer was as advertised and the owner was very responsive for a few minor blips. You might pay less with a less formal setup, but I thought the service, safety and convenience was worth the few extra $200 (insurance is the main cost).

Nothing but positives. Renters were great and accomodating. Unit was in great shape, clean and everything worked. Price was reasonable as well. Love to use RV Share again.

Great experience for first time “glampers!” Terrific detail, reviews and online info to help us select an RV right for our stay. Easy online reservations….highly recommend!
